Holistic Management of Business Processes
The Prociris partners have been working for more than 20 years intensively with the topic of business processes. Based on founded experience, efficient procedures and technologies for the holistic Management of Business Processes were developed in cooperation with the Informatics Institute of the Faculty of Economics and Business Engineering of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the Karlsruhe Center of Research for Informatics (FZI).
Business Process Models
Business Processes are the linchpin when it comes to making changes within a company. Here it is crucial to have an effective communication in planning and implementing changes. To do so, we use common Process Modeling Tools, which can also be used for analysis and simulations.
